Biography
I started as a caricature artist in March 1997 with Kaman's Art Shoppes located in Worlds of Fun and spent about 20 seasons there.
I became an ISCA member and participated in the yearly convention/competition starting in Feb 2007. I have won several awards from 2008-2015 in 3D technique, speed, and the Jason Seiler group composition award.
I was the National Retail Manager with Goofy Faces training artists from 2015-2016 before becoming the Kansas City branch owner/manager of Speed Sketchers in 2018.
My weekends are still booked up with carnivals and gigs and I hope it continues for many more years. I have drawn over 50,000 faces in the last 25+ years.
I currently run both Oodles of Doodles llc and Speed Sketchers KC.
In 2023, I was voted the 2nd fastest caricaturist and on to the ISCA board.
