Trudy Nash is a national Award-winning caricaturist - drawing live caricatures (cartoon portraits), often as primary entertainment at weddings, graduations, christenings, corporate events, private parties, cruises and more! She has earned numerous awards from the largest growing and most prestigious international caricature organization of which she was it's first President. The National Caricaturist Network (NCN), is now a fully international organization representing over 25 countries. Her awards include 1995: First Place Golden Nose for "Most Humorous,%u201D and 2001: First Place "Most Creative20lack and White Technique,%u201D along with placing several times over the past decade in "Caricaturist of the Year," "Best Likeness", "Best Caricature," %u201CBest Black and White Technique%u201D and "Artist's Choice.%u201D Having a formal education in fine art, her diverse experience includes commissioned portraiture painting, book illustration, advertising illustration, teaching caricature at Joe Kubert School of Art, drawing storyboards, corporate concept drawing, and having drawn live caricatures of many thousands of faces across the country, from the cradle to the retirement home. Her primary focus and trademark is to capture the Soul, not the Nose.
