Always loving the beauty and flow and thick and thins of lines, Frank started his art career out of ART CENTER SCHOOL of LA as a department store fashion artist. In the jobs that followed, he married this skill with humor and was used heavily for cartooning and caricatures thereafter. HANNA BARBERA & MARVEL Studios taught him animation skills that he is still using since those years of 80's Saturday Morning TV. Caricature assignments grew from in-house orders to free-lance orders and 2001 introduced him to the party world of instant art...facing the subject instead of the photo!! Franks style is more that of a cartoon portrait... with a cautious approach to a true caricature only when the patron seems OPEN to the funny distortion
