Bill is a lifelong cartoonist, caricaturist and illustrator. His editorial cartoons have appeared in the Washington Post, Journal newspapers, Asheville Mountain Express and Citizen-Times, his cartoon illustrations have been used by The Beer Institute, and he had a feature called Washingtoons with AOL's Digital City. Bill is a proud member of the National Cartoonists Society and International Society of Caricature Artists. He has taught cartoon art and drawing courses at: Sidwell Friends School, UNC Asheville, and Montgomery College. Bill also does live caricature drawing at private and corporate events and studio portraits for gifts. He now lives and draws in Asheville, NC.
