ISCA Member Code of Conduct

ISCA Members shall:

  • Operate their business, organization or practice in compliance with any applicable local, state, federal or international laws.

  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

  • Accurately describe any services being rendered and their associated costs when communicating with clients.

  • Strive to provide the highest quality services, products and/or experiences as possible.

  • Possess and maintain the knowledge and skills necessary for professional competence through continued education and practice.

  • Be truthful in advertising and marketing and not misrepresent their services, charges for services, credentials, training, experience, abilities or results.

  • Build professional reputations on the merit of services and refrain from competing unfairly with others.

  • Treat with respect and consideration all persons, regardless of race, religion, gender, abilities, age or national origin.

 

ISCA reserves the right to cancel a membership for a breach of the Code of Conduct that has been brought to our attention. In the event of such an occurrence, a thorough review process will be completed prior to cancellation.
