Mike Edwards is a self taught artist and comedian who started drawing caricatures on Philadelphia’s South St. in 1989. Clients and entertainment agents agree that his quick wit and unique style is always a crowd pleaser at corporate events, company picnics, trade shows, private parties, schools, children’s parties and more.
He also does studio work as well. One of his internet designs won the Communicator Award for the 2003 Print Media Competition. His company is Edwards Entertainment & Cartoons Ink Caricatures. He and his wife Joyce (who is caricature artist and face painter as well) book live bands, Djs, stilt walkers, jugglers, mimes, and of course caricatures in the NJ, PA, and DE area.
Additionally, Mike is also an accomplished drummer. He has his own jazz group and plays regularly in the area at corporate events and clubs.
